My mission is to bring adventurous Southern California restauranteurs, cheesemongers, caterers, hoteliers and gourmands the very best cheese in the world. It's just a conincidence that it never crosses state lines to get here.

For convenience, I provide two modes of fulfilment.

If you are local to the central LA area, it may be more convenient for you to pick up your order directly from me at a farmer's market. Will call is, naturally, free, and does not require a minimum order. Please contact me in advance to ensure that I bring enough cheese to fill your order.
